The Bays Club Inc. was formed in 1979.
 

The club which is a member of Clubs NZ has a membership of over 3600. The reason the club continues to enjoy exceptional growth is because of its magnificent location which looks out over the Hauraki Gulf complimented by  great entertainment, with a monthly Quiz, Bingo every 2nd Wednesday and karaoke every second and last Thursday of the month.
 

The Restaurant which seats 120 is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday from 5.30pm and lunch from Monday – Sunday from 11am.

For live sport viewing the club has four large screens and a large screen with projector for the bigger events, while the stand-alone TAB area has a self-service terminal.
 

The club is well backed by its 7 adjuncts who organise sporting and leisure indoor and outdoor activities.

The club is a very popular venue for functions and there are packages representing outstanding value available for weddings, birthdays, etc and can cater for up to 140 people.
